Infrastructure Development Update: Extension 4 Project Moves Forward!

ATC is pleased to announce that the work on Extension 4 (allocated adjacent to the Sports Stadium), after the conclusion of the Tender Process of the Infrastructure projects, has commenced and will cater to 344 erven, bringing improved water and sewer services to the area and contributing to the town’s long-term development goals. This project is solely funded by the Ministry of Urban and Rural Development.

Following a comprehensive evaluation process in 2024, the contracts for the Construction of Water Reticulation Services for Extension 4 and Construction of Sewer Reticulation Services for Extension 4 in Arandis were awarded to two capable contractors:

– S. Shikongo Construction & Renovation CC for the Construction of Water Reticulation Services

– Mawila Technical Services for the Construction of Sewer Reticulation Services

We look forward to seeing this development come to fruition, as it represents a significant step toward enhancing the quality of life for the community and supporting the growth of Arandis.
